I didn't had any proper singer around so...be kind with me haha.It will at least give you the tone of the mic!

I usually have the older 42b checked, cleaned internally, and, if needed, re-ribonned, but this one is in  very clean condition, outside and, especially, inside.
It's sound is an evidence, without any intervention.
internal cabling had been redone, cause original cables had gotten stiff and dry.
it comes with it's cable.Original female melodium connector to XLR.

I just had an adapter made for modern mic stands, so it's easier to operate (the beats weights 2,5 kg , so it requires a weighted mic boom, if you want to 
use it as an overhead mic! 

Perfectly sounding, big, mellow, compressed, without sounding hollow or muffled, with mediums that sit effortlessly, one of the holy grails of ribbon microphones.
Figure of 8 pattern, with radical rejection on the sides, and proximity effect (don't stand too close !).
