The 6Н2П-EB is a miniature 9-pin dual triode vacuum tube manufactured in USSR and Russia with characteristics similar to the RCA 12AX7. VERY NICE QUALITY!
Low-microphonics double triodes; close by characteristics to the ECC83 = 12AX7. They have the same pinout only the filament is 6.3V (they draw abow 0,34A filament current) -easy to rewire.

12AX7: To use a 6N2P in place ofa 12AX7 the filament wiring only need be changed. If the existing 12AX7 circuituses 6.3 Volts for the filament, simply disconnect the wire(s) at either pin 4or 5 and replace it with the wire(s) connected to pin 9. That’s it, you’re done.

If your filament supply is 12.6 Volts you will need to connect two 6N2P tubes’ filament circuits in series,assuming the circuit uses two tubes.

You can also use a very simplecircuit to switch between the 6N2P and 12AX7 using either a 12.6 or 6.3filament supply Voltage and two DPDT switches, for maximum flexibility.
