Whilst the combination of a limewood body and a bolt-on maple neck provides the foundation for crisp reproduction of all strings, the slim ‘C’ profile with a 38 mm nut width offers extremely agile handling, allowing you to play any groove with ease. Plugged into a bass amp, two Music Man Ceramic humbuckers with a 5-way switch deliver a rich range of tones, spanning from a wiry, cutting sound to a punchy tone with a massive low-end foundation. To customise the tone, the Sterling by Music Man StingRay RAY5 HH is also equipped with an active 2-band equaliser. Classic hardware, in the form of the Sterling by Music Man standard bass bridge and tuning-stable open-gear tuners, completes the Sterling by Music Man StingRay RAY5 HH Stealth Black.
