Overview

Gibson introduced the Jumbo model round shoulder dreadnought in 1934 to compete with similar guitars coming out of the Martin factory. This 16" guitar wasn't quite as well appointed as the Advanced Jumbo that replaced it mid-1936, but is arguably the more collectable of the two guitars.
