For sale is a beautiful 1969 Fender Precision Bass, made in the USA during the classic late-1960s Fender era.The neck is dated 5 JUN 69, confirming it as a genuine 1969 example. The bass is in very good condition for its age and presents beautifully, with the look, feel and tone of a proper vintage Precision Bass.The instrument plays exceptionally well. It has been set up with low string action and feels incredibly comfortable and easy to play. It has that classic old Fender Precision tone: warm, punchy, direct and powerful, with a strong fundamental and great note definition.The tuners may possibly have been replaced at some point, although it is difficult to say for certain. There are also two very small extra holes on the headstock, possibly from previous tuners.
