Up for sale a refinished Jackson RR3 Japanese Pro series with beast pickups. A quality-made antique instrument especially good for heavier types of music.

The guitar was acquired as a failed project attempt and fully refinished & reconstructed with an elegant Black with Gold Pinstripes Jackson-style paintjob with a few upgrades. Specs wise, guitar body is of alder wood, neck is maple with nice rosewood fretboard.

Hardware of this beautiful beast is original with a few exceptions. Namely, since the original pair of pickups was not present anymore, original Seymour Duncan SH-6 was placed in the bridge and Duncan Designed HB-103N in the neck. Moreover, strap buttons were replaced with Schaller's locking straps. The strap locks do come with the guitar.

There was a small incident on the back, where a piece of new lacquer was chipped off and was locally repaired. Unfortunately, remains visible but it is located on the back side, please check photos reference. Otherwise, frets were leveled and the neck finish is finished in satin clear coat, very comfortable in terms of playability. Headstock was also upgraded with gold colored logo, to match the aesthetics of the body, which is not very common to get for guitars in this price range.

That being said the guitar is ready to go, whether studio or stage, this is a proper metal beast with quality aftermarket pickups and great looks. Reasonable offers are welcomed. Please note, this is an refinished older instrument and despite our best efforts to recreate everything in the best way possible, there may be some imperfections, but nothing serious, hence it is listed as 'Very Good Condition'.
