Classic vintage Sansui A-40 integrated amplifier in very nice cosmetic and fully working condition.
This unit has been fully serviced by Silnica (Zagreb), a well-known and reputable vintage audio service, as indicated by the service sticker on the side of the unit.
Service work includes:
- Bias and output levels professionally adjusted for optimal performance and channel balance
- All internal fuses checked and replaced where necessary
- General inspection and servicing to ensure reliable operation
Manufactured in September 1986, this is a late-era Sansui design that combines the brand’s classic warm, musical sound with improved reliability compared to earlier models.
The A-40 features a clean, minimalist design with a beautiful brushed aluminum front panel and analog power meters. Sonically, it delivers the smooth, natural Sansui character—especially well-suited for jazz, vocals, and classic rock.
All controls work smoothly, meters are fully functional, and all inputs have been tested. Ready to plug and play.
