This is one of the very first units to come out of the factory -- Serial Number 00016.
Added pictures with the cover removed, chip also showing it's a rare early preproduction issue.
I had purchased this unit myself new way back in 1998 from the UK when it came out.
Everything works flawlessly including midi, some marks on the metal case.
Sold with user manual, original power supply and rack ears.
