The Thorens 160 Super is a very rare and highly-regarded high-fidelity Swiss/German turntable, with a stellar reputation for its stability, wide soundstage, and transparent sound. Due to the precision of the Swiss/German engineering in the construction of this turntable, rumble, and ambient noise is ultra-low, leading to a pure listening experience. The Super builds on the preceding Thorens 160 by offering a lower noise floor, among other improvements. Moreover, besides its phenomenal sound, the 160 Super is a stunning unit, with a classic vintage look. Don’t miss this highly rare turntable!

The turntable is in very good condition, though they show some natural signs of age and use, including some scratches (please see photos). The dust cover also has some scratches on its surface (please see the dust cover policy below). This turntable has been thoroughly checked and tested by our professional technician, confirming its flawless operation. Both 33 and 45 settings work perfectly, and the platter rotation is like clockwork.
