Rare vintage Epiphone Zephyr with a stunning flame Maple top. These are rare guitars that were made in Korea - so expect an improved build vs modern Chinese Epiphones.
Fantastic condition (especially for its age) with only a few very barely visible and minor blemishes that we had to bounce light off them to get them to show up in the close-up pics. The frets are in excellent condition.
This big-bodied blues machine is based on the legendary 1949 Gibson ES-5, and features a beautifully figured flame Maple top and body with binding, comfortable slim profile Maple neck, Rosewood fingerboard, 12” radius, 1.68” nut width, decorative headstock inlay, gold hardware, and frequensator tailpiece.
It’s fitted with 3x Alnico V P-90s that sound great, and is controlled by 3x volume controls and 1 master tone control.
It comes complete with a premium Epiphone hard case to keep this beautiful guitar protected.
One of these recently sold on Reverb for £1700 (and that was a much later 2005 model) - so grab yourself a bargain.
