Original nickel capsules and AC701k tubes that are in great condition. This mic has been babied and kept in a dust free environment, stored in a plastic bag when not in use. I use this mic maybe once a month for a few hours so the tubes will have plenty of life. The tubes are very good and quiet. This mic has been serviced and everything checks out. One of the best microphones i’ve ever heard. It's like a matched pair of KM56s.
The power supply is made by Schaal and is the best PSU you can buy. Even when I’ve had original N52 my tech has advised replacing them with the Schaal because they really prolong the life of the tubes. With a Schaal you’ll never have to replace an AC701!
I am including the power supply, cable and original SM2 case.
