CGS / Serge Programmer Sequencer for 4U banana modular systems

Up for sale is a build of the CGS Programmer - a take on the Serge Programmer which can be used as a powerful analogue sequencer or a playable preset recall system. This build is a 16 step, 4 row variant. Each step features a pulse output and address input, a potentiometer for each sequence row, two switches for forward and backward behaviour (play step, skip step and stop before step), and a push button for immediate address of that selected step. The Programmer also has clock inputs for forward step and backward step, an output for each of the four rows, a trigger output which fires on each step change, and a gate output for the push buttons.

This unit comes from a small batch I made for myself and some friends. The circuit board is completely bespoke and laid out by myself. The build uses SMT components placed by a pick and place machine, then “baked” in a reflow oven, ensuring good performance and reliability. All panel components have then been soldered by hand, and the unit has been fully tested.

The panel is mounted in a BUD AC-423 boat (somewhat scratched, as from the supplier) and is powered from a +12VDC inlet (centre positive, not included). Minijacks can also be fitted at the rear for clock inputs and row outputs, but will come at a small extra cost.
