This guitarfrom 1988 is  one of the first made Orville's and it re-creates Sykes number one instrument--a 1978 Les Paul Custom--and includes the modifications John has made to his instrument over his years of playing with Tygers of Pan Tang, Whitesnake, Thin Lizzy and Blue Murder-chrome hardware and mirror pickguard and pickup switching ring. Pickups is Seymour Duncan 59 with bridge that custom wound by wound by Maricella Juarez (that woman woun pups for Slash, Jeff Beck, Billy Gibbons and many others) Overall this is one of the best Les Pauls compare with original Gibson model but with friendly price. This is official Gibson product line made with precious Japan quality ,long tenon like on reissue models.
