Pas Guitars Custom 30.3'' 8 string 'Shuggah machine.

Hi everyone, Up for sale is my custom 8 string Iceman from PAS guitars.      I've owned this for a while, but as of now I'm feeling a bit more at home on my seven, and that means that this gets zero playing time, which is a terrible waste for an instrument of this quality.

The guitar itself:

This guitar is as amazing as it is rare. It was handbuilt in Poland with amazing materials by a Luthier who knew exactly what he was doing when he designed this. It's obviously inspired by the earlier LACS models from Frederik Thorendal and Mårten Hagstrom from Meshuggah.

This guitar is a beast in the best sense of the word. The body is Ash, the neck is Ovangkol, the fingerboard is Rosewood and it's got a 30.3'' scale. This makes it resonate intensely over every frequency, giving it the meanest, gnarliest attack I've ever had in a guitar. Strangely the scale does not implicate playability, and the action feels prefect across every string, and every fret (it even feels a bit better for my big hands!)

It's got a Merlin S8 pickup, which is one of the finest that I have tried for what it's designed for. Easily rivaling any Lundgren that I have tried.

Sadly, PAS guitars no longer is working for himself and is a luthier for another certain Polish brand that shall not be named ;-). So all in all these guitars are quite hard to come by, and will only increase in value over time.

Other than the 2 small dents on the back(see picture), and some very light scratches from picking that are near impossible to get on camera it is in fantastic condition.

All in all, if you want handbuild Polish quality for the price of an Indonesian Ibanez M80M, look no further :-)

I am located in The Netherlands, but have extensive experience with shipping instruments overseas. This guitar will be packed in a 20mm padded gigbag, and shipped inside a filled and padded double box and packaged like it is going into war. Buy with confidence :-)
