A great starter guitar for the upcoming school year, this Yamaha FG-402MS offers great sound from its solid spruce top and mahogany body. Some would say it sounds as good as some twice its price. Clear treble and mid range. New strings, A nice neck for the price with overall understated looks.

This Yamaha FG-402MS Acoustic Dreadnought Guitar is a used item in VG condition. This guitar plays well with a balanced tone and good playability for a starter. It does have a couple of light, normal cosmetic wear, including some light pick marks, a couple of body marks and dings, and some headstock wear. The biggest concern is the ding pictured on the side of the body by the neck heel. It does not affect the playing of the guitar. Minor wear on the frets, but plenty of life and no need for a crowning. Nut is good as are the tuners (original). You will receive this item well-packed but without a case, gig bag or the original packaging and paperwork. A new gig bag is available for an additional cost.
