This is a vintage 1970s St. Ives 10468 Microphone Preamp Transformer as used in original Neve 1073 and other preamplifers, but not working only intermittently.
This is not made anymore. Cosmetically looks fine, no evidence of damage.
This transformer works intermittently - if squeezed lightly, it works, but can get intermittent if not squeezed.
Might be repairable by an expert, or installed with some sort of pressure on it, or might be a good donor for someone that wants to examine /document one of these iconic transformers.
