This is one of the less commonly seen Shenandoah models, with only 967 examples reportedly produced, and features the distinctive torch-style headstock inlay.This guitar is in Good condition and shows plenty of honest wear from its nearly four decades of use. The natural finish has aged nicely, and there are scratches, scuffs, dings, finish checking and other cosmetic wear throughout, particularly on the top. There is also a noticeable chip/gouge along the edge of the fingerboard near the nut. Please take a close look at the photos for the best representation of its cosmetic condition.An LR Baggs VTC pickup has been installed and is tested and working properly, making this a particularly useful older Martin for gigging or recording.The guitar includes a hardshell case.A cool example of an uncommon 000-size Shenandoah that has been played rather than kept under the bed.
