Original Fender “ashtray” bridge/pickup cover from a Telecaster, Broadcaster, Esquire or No-caster. It’s the same fit as later ‘50s covers, but the early ‘50s ones are distinguished by a solder drop on the underside that was a result of the manufacturing process of the time. One account I read said it was to attach a wire, by which the cover was dipped for the chrome plating process. Whatever the reason it won’t make you sound one tiny bit better! But it will help your long-suffering guitar to feel whole again.
It has scratches and a couple of dings, but is generally pretty swell.
