1987 Burny LC-100YS Yasu Signature Vintage Guitar Snow White w/ Tremolo & Case, Japan Fernandes

Up for sale, a 1987 Burny LC-100YS in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case. A non-catalog model crafted in Japan under the umbrella of the Fernandes company, Burny has long been lauded for producing some of the most impressive "lawsuit era" Customs on the market. This particular Burny is a variation of the Les Paul Custom-style RLC platform, outfitted from the factory with an FRT-4 “Head Crasher” double locking tremolo system and loaded with the original pair of Burny’s VH-3 humbuckers.

True to Gibson construction, this Burny features a solid mahogany body and carved maple cap that’s framed by a multi-ply cream binding. Paired with a mahogany neck and rosewood fretboard, this LC-100YS offers ample natural resonance. Known for their nuance, clarity, and dynamic response, the oft-praised VH-3 humbuckers deliver a bevy of classic LP tonalities; they also handle gain notably well, remaining articulate and clear when driven, with a slightly scooped midrange. This guitar weighs 9lbs 13oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 9-42 strings, low action, and spot-on intonation.
