This outstanding 12-string guitar features a Maple body and neck, high-gain single-coil pickups, rosewood fretboard with dot inlays, and a lacquered black Jetglo finish. Noteworthy are the two output sockets (Standard and Rick O Sound) for which Rickenbacker is famous.

Exquisite Electronics:

Equipped with high-output Single Coil pickups inspired by the original Toaster pickups but with a higher output suited to modern musical needs. Each pickup has its own Volume & Tone controls, along with a Blend control knob. This knob functions as a tone blender between the pickups and serves as a Bass & Treble EQ for the guitar. Its primary function is to act as a volume equalizer for the bass pickup, ensuring balanced volume between the pickups.

That Famous Rick O Sound:

The 620 Model includes two output jack sockets: one for the standard mono output and a second labeled Rick O Sound. This unique feature allows you to connect the guitar to two amps simultaneously, producing the renowned jangly sound that has defined Rickenbacker guitars for over 50 years.

12 Strings:

The 12-string configuration enriches the guitar’s tone, with the additional strings tuned in unison or an octave higher, creating a lush and full sound. The top E and B strings are tuned in unison, while the additional lower register strings are tuned an octave higher than their counterparts.
