I don't know much about this item, but I found a bit of information on the internet. It seems to be " The New Yorker", a silver plated peashooter trumpet circa 1920. Is imprinted "Czechoslovakia" near where the mouthpiece goes. Biggest issue is the middle valve is pretty shredded, needs to be repaired or replaced. Their is wear and tear appropriate for its age, as well as some braces that need re-soldering and dings that need undoing. I am putting this up as is as a project if someone would like to take it on. While it is up I will continue researching it and try to have it restored myself, at which point it will be taken down and put back up for sale as a working vintage piece. I've seen these in good condition on eBay for $700-800, but have also gotten opinions that are almost the opposite. Kind of at a loss and am unsure what to do. If you know anything about it or are faniiliar with trumpet repairs, contact me. Until then, enjoy.
