This guitar was made by Bacchus on Philippines Deviser Factory. Quality is great, hardware is solid, everything works great, including the truss rod.
Looks-wise, it sports fantastic Candy Apple Red coating, with maple neck+fretboard and matching headstock, all topped off with the pearloid pickguard. Couple dings (check the pictures), but nothing criminal.
