The Hughes & Kettner ERA 2 Acoustic Guitar Preamp is a two-channel combo amp with 400W of power and two XLR/1/4" combo mic/instrument inputs, and is equipped with an effects engine with 16 programs (reverbs, delays, choruses, and flanger). Built with two 8" mid/low speakers, and a single 1" tweeter, the amplifier can be used to reproduce audio for electric/acoustic instruments and vocals in sound reinforcement applications. Designed by Michael Eisenmann in a joint effort with the Hughes & Kettner team, the ERA 2 gives you rich detail and offers a tonal brilliance to make every performance sound natural. A 3-band EQ and a 40 to 180 Hz notch filter allows you to tailor your sound. Other features include: optical recording out, headphones out, tuner out, stereo 3.5mm aux input, and 1/4" stereo input effects return. In addition, a tilt stand and a protective cover are also included.
