2018 Rickenbacker 4003S 2018 Snowglo White Bass Guitar

Here is a 2018 Rickenbacker 4003S bass, a 4003 with the more comfortable and sleek looking contours. The bass was originally midnight blue and has been refinished in the very rare snowglo white. I believe there has been only a very small number of limited runs of snowglo 4003 (not 4003S) basses this century, which can only be bought at a premium when they do come up on the used market.

The refinish and setup was carried out by Harry White, the British Rickenbacker replica specialist who has an outstanding reputation for delivering finishes that are more impressive than the factory ones.

This is newly finished so the condition is as new, and unlike the vintage examples it won't gradually go yellow with age as the process is not the same. The refinish (and thumb rest from Rickysounds) is the only change - pickguard and TRC are the original and it has a full setup.

I am no longer playing bass other than at home occasionally and the asking price is less than the cost of the bass and refinish. The new cost of a 4003S in the UK is now around GBP 2400.00 so this reflects a good saving on that for a new looking bass in a unique colour.
