Soviet Tonika Rare 4 String Vintage Bass Guitar, Made in USSR

This guitar was produced at the "Rostov Factory of Accordion Instruments"

The bass is produced by the end of 60’s, beginning of 70’s. Rare find this is, but it need some love.

Full working condition though, new anchor nut but the neck is not very comfortable and has a back bow so truss rod need to be adjusted. The nut is sliding there ever so slightly.

Standard din5 input is replaced with the standard jack input. Don’t ask me why it’s been made like it’s shown on picture, I’m “impressed” myself!

Frets: 50%

Bridge is replaced but missing some screws. Please see pictures carefully.

It’s a nice cool & rare bass, not in ideal condition but still playable if setup accordingly. Fantastic collectors option or restoration project.

This Soviet guitar will definitely give you a lot of emotions, it is indeed different feel to it when it comes to playing it. Vintage Soviet sound, Rotary switch, Solid and chunky neck. Soviet Polyester indestructible varnish.
