For sale is a rare Cimar (Ibanez) 1960 CS set neck LP Custom Guitar from the mid 70's

Overview:
This is a very rare guitar, you can identify the guitar from the Cimar 1975 and 1976 catalogs but it is very difficult to find photos online of these guitars, I have never seen one photo of a Cimar set neck LP Custom, also the construction of this guitar is better than all Cimar guitars I have ever seen or had, this is not the hollow arched top construction.

About this guitar:
The guitar is in great condition but has the expected usage markings for a 47 year old guitar, of course it is impossible to document every little scratch or imperfection on a vintage guitar like this but major flaws are documented in the photos, make sure you see them all. The neck and fingerboard are in great condition, and the frets show almost no wear the radius looks closer to strat that an LP. The guitar was fitted with a new set of Wilkinson Deluxe Tulip tuners, the pickups are the original Maxon covered alnico PAF like pickups dated 5th of April 1975 that have lost all the gold color ( Aprox 7,9Kohm and 8,4 Kohm in the bridge), pots are new, the tail piece is definitely the original, the bridge itself I am not so sure but it looks really old anyway. The truss rod has a nut and a 2 screw truss rod cover like a true Gibson! There are what seems to be old finish cracks that are also well documented in the photos.
Like all our guitars it has been cleaned, polished, fully checked and set up, ready to rock and it sounds great! Of course although I think the set up is fine, everyone has their own preferences, just like with any guitar, if your not happy with the way it is set up, it will be your responsibility to have it set up to your liking.
