For a generation of kids who grew up in the '80s, this was their first actual stereo.
Vintage Soundesign 5865ABA Stereo Audio System with Double cassette and AM/FM radio in wood-grain housing with matching floor speakers. Speakers are signed "Soundesign Two-Way Speakers". 6.5" woofer, 2" tweeter, 5 Watt RMS, and 8 ".
Dimensions: 39.5" x 15.5" x 9"
Speaker Dimensions: 34.5" x 11.75" x 9"
All features work. AM/FM Reception is pretty spotty, and the right and left channels like to cut in and out. The play button sometime doesn't lock into place and may take a couple of tries. Cosmetically, there are some minimal scratches that come with age, but overall in great shape. Please see pictures and Youtube video. Remote control drawer does not lock closed. Tapes pictured are for display purposes only.
