here is the park auto wah, one of the most elusive pedals in the world of vintage effects. this inductorless, lfo driven circuit is truly unique, redefining what the two words auto wah mean when put together. three controls rule over the sound of the park auto wah: depth, tone, and speed. depth and speed are pretty standard with an effect like this, but tone is where things get really interesting. tone allows the user control over the filtering of the wah effect. the tone control can dial in anything from standard wah sweeps to dark vowel sounds. another note of interest: when the depth control is rolled back the lfo is disengaged, but the tone control is still effective, turning the auto wah into a filter/eq pedal.
