The Bookworm Effects Diving Belles Drive+Distortion V2 combines a light drive and a high gain distortion in one box, allowing you to go anywhere dynamically! The right side is the stripped down version of the Billy Pilgrim Overdrive (white knobs: volume and bias) which gives you a low gain crunch, all the way up to a blown out almost fuzz sound when the bias is cranked. The left side is our take on an infamous rodent-ish distortion that goes from a little grit, up to cranked Mxrshxll territory (black knobs: volume, dist, and EQ). Use each side separately, or stack to get more tonal combinations
The Diving Belles features soft touch true bypass via Steve Demedash's Incandenza Bypass, top mount jacks, uses 9VDC center negative power supply, now in a shiny silver finish, and is handmade in Morgantown, WV
The Diving Belles is named after the Lucy Wood short story of the same name, and the artwork is designed by WV tattooer Lee Phillips (@hahaoktattoo on Instagram)
