Maxwell STX By Maxwell Custom Drum Sticks - Model SMBB

This is the re-introduction of our STX by Maxwell drum stick line. ‘Modern wood, vintage roots’. This model is our SMBB. The stick was designed for Steve’s personal preferences which include these three key points:
- A thicker shaft, but not a heavy one, so that rimshots and backbeats have ‘meat’, but the stick doesn’t slow you down since the shaft is light. 
- A back-weighted stick which then allows for ease of finger control.
- A tip that creates a balanced attack on cymbals. This is an ‘all-around’ stick that works really well for any style from jazz, to big band, classic rock, and fusion.  Here are the specs:
