For sale is this vintage Filmosound Projector Amp modified and custom-made by Los Angeles amp tech Austen Hooks! As used by Blake Mills and many other tone-seekers and serious players, this is one of Hooks' earliest amps. The first batch of Hooks' reappropriated Filmosound amps that became the stuff of legend. Just like the one Mills has owned and used for over a decade, this amp is an incredible studio amp that oozes tone not unlike the best-made Fender Tweeds. This is an incredible opportunity to buy an original Hooks Filmosound. These rarely come up for sale, so don't miss out! It includes a custom made road case.
