Selling this one owner 1960 Gibson LG-2 with X-bracing. The original owner claims he bought it in 1958, but I am going to stick with the FON just to be safe.
This 100% original LG-2 was lightly played until it sat since 1980 until recently. The photos can speak for themselves, and yes the tuners are 100% original. There is a repair where the pickguard shrank, this is unfortunatly super common on old celluloid guards and acoustics. The work done was super. Overall this guitar is in impeccable shape, with only minor scuffs and scratches that are hard to photograph. This LG-2 looks brand new when you first pick it up.
The sound is on another level, it's not just a collectors grade guitar, but a true player.
Please note the photo of the guitar in 1961 up in Boulder CO. This guitar has never left the state of Colorado since it first arrived.
