Squier "Fender Kurt Cobain mustang" tribute

Up for sale is a 2018 Squier bullet HH mustang that was bought brand new and carefully modified to get the look and the feel of Kurt Cobain's mustangs that was used during the In Utero tour. 
NOTE: This is a non-profit build. It was purely build as a tribute to Kurt Cobain.
I have not played on it, as I never intended to. I wanted a simple project on the side, and preferable I would break roughly even. 

So what has been done to this guitar? 

The neck:

• Nut has been replaced for a bone nut (see pictures)
  
• Neck has been lightly oiled to improve playability 
  
• Fretboard has been oiled, and the frets have been polished
  
• A plastic shim was made in order to accommodate for the T.O.M bridge

The body:

• The body has been routed to accommodate for the new switches
  
• The switches have also been lowered (see picture)
  
• The body is shielded via the use of conductive paint
  
• The bridge has been upgraded to a real Fender mustang bridge plate with a no name T.O.M bridge 
  
• The pickguard has been swapped for a Pearloid SS mustang pickguard, which has been routed to fit a humbucker

The electronics:

• Neck pickup is a 62 style Stratocaster single coil pickup with a mustang style pickup cover.
  
• Bridge pickup is a Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB Black Bridge humbucker (wired with coil split)
  
• Has Fender mustang switches
  

The specifications:

Body: Basswood (Imperial blue)
Neck: One-piece maple neck with Indian Laurel fretboard
Bridge pickup: Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB Black Bridge humbucker
Neck pickup: Stratocaster 62 vintage neck pickup alnico 5
Bridge: Locked Fender mustang bridge with 12 inch radius T.O.M bridge

So why buy this one and not a genuine Kurt Cobain mustang?

Well for one, this one is affordable as it should be. The genuine Kurt Cobain mustang goes upwards of €2000,-. But this one also has a few advantages. Like for instance the fretboard and the bridge have the same radius, you can both adjust the truss rod and the height of the humbucker. And this one comes with coil split, like Kurt actually preferred. "The bridge pickup, Ferrington further explains, 'has a coil tap, so you can get series, parallel, and single coil. Kurt said he wanted a lot of switch options.'" Danny Ferrington (he build a custom guitar for Kurt). This makes the guitar a lot more versatile and suitable for many genres. Please Note!

This is not a genuine Kurt Cobain guitar by neither Squier nor Fender.
The bridge has been locked into place and cannot be used as a regular mustang tremolo as there is only enough room for the locking screws.
Although the guitar was bought brand new, it did come with a small dent on the face of the headstock and a slight paint chip on the body. The paint chip has been re-coloured and is now hardly visible nor can you feel it.
