Q Drum Co. out of Los Angeles brings us these amazing shells, which feature, 24oz rolled, bonded and riveted copper shells. Heavy patinaed and lacquered for protection and durability. This kit is finished in black-stained wooden hoops with copper inlay and vintage claws giving the drums a wonderful warm tone.
These shells are the darker sounding of the metal drums. They have a very punchy, controlled tone with enhanced low-end and mid-range. Maple reinforcement hoops retain the warmth of a wood shell.
The drum sizes are:
16x24" Kick
9x13" Rack Tom
16x16" Floor Tom
8x14" Matching Snare
Includes original Q Head
Aquarian Super Kick I batter and Regulator resonant kick heads. Aquarian Studio X batter and Evans G1 Coated resonant heads on toms. Aquarian Modern Vintage Medium batter and American Vintage Snare Side resonant snare heads.
No hardware or cymbals included. These drums are HEAVY, so shipping has been adjusted for that.
