Seymour Duncan TBPR-1b P-Rails Org Trmbkr Bridge Cream Pickup

Seymour Duncan TBPR-1b P-Rails Org Trembucker Bridge Cream Pickup

The TBPR-1b delivers exceptional versatility in a single bridge position, combining humbucker, P-90, and single-coil rail voicings through intelligent switching. This Trembucker-spaced design suits guitars with wider string spacing at the bridge, offering tonal range from thick, articulate humbucking tones to bright, focused single-coil character without requiring multiple pickups.

Design & Construction

Hand-built in Santa Barbara, California, this pickup uses a pair of Alnico 5 bar magnets and vacuum wax potting to eliminate microphonic feedback while preserving clarity and sustain. The 4-conductor lead wire enables complete wiring flexibility, allowing users to implement all switching options for maximum tonal access.

Tone & Functionality

The P-Rails design integrates three distinct pickup voices in one unit—traditional humbucker warmth, P-90 aggression, and single-coil articulation—activated via a 3-way on-off-on mini-switch. The Trembucker pole spacing of approximately 2.070 inches ensures proper magnetic alignment on guitars with string spacing greater than 2 inches at the bridge, maintaining balanced response across all strings.
