Politique d’expédition

For international shipment we use EMS (Express Mail Service) provided by the International Postal Service if your choice of carrier is not specified.
EMS is safe, fast (approx. 7 to 10 days worldwide), economic and of course fully insured. Usually, it is door to door service.

If you have a preferred choice of courier (which you have your own account for) and would like to use that courier, you may talk to one of our International Sales Agent directly. Please note that we do not ship our merchandises by vessels at sea, only by air.

If you are located in Japan, we offer free shipping for domestic customers.

Conditions générales

Les articles doivent être retournés dans leur état d’origine, tels que livrés avec l’ensemble de l’emballage d’origine, et sans aucun signe d’utilisation. L’acheteur assume l’entière responsabilité des frais d’expédition pour le retour, à moins que l’article n’ait pas été reçu conforme à sa description.

Remboursements

L’acheteur reçoit un remboursement intégral dans son mode de paiement initial moins les frais d’expédition.

Conditions particulières

We generally do not accept returns. All our items are individually checked before being shipped out. This check is done by a professional player and/or repair tech, and consists of a cosmetic check, and functionality/playability check. The only time we accept a return, is if there was a transport related damage.
 If the item arrives damaged, please check for any damage to your package before signing for your shipment and if you find any, report it to the shipping company immediately. Please send a message to our staff within 24 hours and include pictures of the damaged item, and pictures of the box it came in even if the box doesn’t have any visual damages.
 Do not discard any of the packaging, manuals, papers, parts or accessories the item has been supplied with, and in particular, please do not remove protective film from any of the instruments pickups, pickguards, control plates, etc.
 A full refund of the purchase price (minus bank costs, PayPal fees, shipping costs, duty and tax) of the goods or exchange will be made once the goods are returned to us in the same condition as when they left our premises.
 For any other reason, we are not able to accept returns and cancellations.
