Politique d’expédition

We ship to the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and International shipments may incur additional charges. Please call us at 586-294-3950 for estimates to ship outside of the Continental United States. We ship via UPS Ground, unless a different method is requested. Adult signature is required on all shipments. No Exceptions.
Estimated delivery dates include seller's handling time, origin ZIP Code, destination ZIP Code and time of acceptance and will depend on shipping service selected and receipt of cleared payment. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. Will usually ship within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Tracking numbers are provided. Seller charges sales tax for items shipped to: MI (6.0%).

Les articles doivent être retournés dans leur état d’origine, tels que livrés avec l’ensemble de l’emballage d’origine, et sans aucun signe d’utilisation. L’acheteur assume l’entière responsabilité des frais d’expédition pour le retour, à moins que l’article n’ait pas été reçu conforme à sa description.

Remboursements

L’acheteur reçoit un remboursement intégral dans son mode de paiement initial moins les frais d’expédition.

Return Policy We offer a 48-hour approval period on all items sold. The approval period starts upon delivery. The customer must notify us of a return within 48 hours of receipt. Please call 586-294-3950 or drop us an email at reverb@huberbreese.com to notify us within the 48-hour approval period. Please wait for confirmation and a Return Authorization before shipping the item back. We will provide return shipping instructions. The customer must pay all shipping and insurance when sending an item back to our store. Items must be insured for the value paid. Any shipping fees for shipping an item from Huber Breese Music to the customer will not be refunded. We do not consider the item returned until we have received the item and verified it's in the same condition as shipped. Any accessories must also be returned in original condition. For all new items, accessories such as hang tags, manuals and protective covers must be included and in their original condition. Also, the 2.5% Payment processing fee that Reverb charges us on the total original payment will not be refunded. It will be deducted from the total paid by the buyer. If you are not certain how to pack a return, please contact us for proper packing instructions. It is very important to properly pack guitars and amps to prevent damage in the unlikely event they are returned. Damaged and Defective Items: At our discretion we will replace, repair or provide a refund for damaged and defective items. Proof of damage will be required. Please contact us for details. We must be notified within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or defective item. Refunds will be given as money back for item only or item exchange (buyer’s choice). We reserve the right to charge up to a 5% re-stocking / handling fee on all returns.
