Shipping Policy
We offer standard shipping via USPS Mail or UPS. UPS shipments may ship via UPS Surepost. Most items $0-$88.99 are charged a nominal flat rate for shipping of $5.95 per item. Items that are over $89 ship at no cost per item. We do not offer any other shipping methods through our Reverb store at this time.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Our Guarantee: All items have a 90 day warranty against manufacturing defects. In addition, all items are guaranteed to meet your satisfaction or they may be returned within 10 days for exchange or credit, providing the item is in sellable condition. Exclusions to the 10 day guarantee are items that have leads cut, evidence of soldering or other signs of installation and/or use. Please check and/or test your purchases upon receipt, even if the items are a back up set for future use, and notify us of any problems within the warranty period. Vacuum tubes are guaranteed to meet manufacturers specifications. Vacuum tubes cannot be returned if broken or due to damage resulting from operation outside the manufacturers' specified ratings. Should it be necessary to return merchandise for exchange or credit, please contact is to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). No returns should be made without obtaining an authorization. If you received free shipping on the original order and the total of the order minus the amount from the returned goods no longer qualifies the order for free shipping, the original shipping charge will be deducted from the credit. All returns should be sent promptly; we must receive all returns within 30 days or the RMA number will become invalid. The RMA number must be placed on the outside of the package being returned in order to assure that your return is handled in a timely manner. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee when no evidence of product failure exists if merchandise is returned after the 10-day period.
