Vintage Orban 424A dual-channel gated compressor/limiter with built-in de-essing.Everything has been tested and is working properly. I went through the pots and controls with DeoxIT, and the optional XLR line-level inputs and outputs have been added for both channels, making it much easier to integrate into a modern studio setup.This is a pretty interesting piece of older American-made studio hardware. Each channel gives you independent compression/limiting, gate controls, output level adjustment and de-essing, and the two channels can also be coupled for stereo operation.The unit shows normal cosmetic wear from age and rack use, but overall presents well.
