About this listing
The CP-101 uses a fully analog compression circuit that keeps your attack intact while evening out dynamics and adding sustain. Compared to many stompbox compressors that can feel overly squashed, the CP-101 delivers a more transparent and balanced response, making it great as an always-on tone sweetener or for tightening up clean playing.Controls are simple and effective:• Sustain – adjusts the amount of compression • Level – sets the overall output volumeBuilt during the golden era of Maxon’s Japanese pedal production, these units are known for their reliable construction, quality components, and low noise operation.Condition: Very good overall with normal cosmetic wear for its age. Fully functional with smooth controls.A great vintage compressor for anyone looking for classic MIJ analog tone without boutique prices.
