Overview
The Kramer Pacer Carrera is the blacked-out, dual-humbucker Pacer variant, most easily recognized by its jet-black look, ebony fingerboard, Floyd Rose tremolo, and two Schaller humbuckers with one volume, two tone controls, and a three-way selector. It is closest in layout to an HH Pacer Imperial, but the Carrera’s defining identifiers are its darker cosmetic package and ebony board, which set it apart from the HSS Pacer Deluxe and the later Custom I and Custom II models.
