Overview

The final version of the Duo Jet was updated in 1968 to feature Super'Tron humbuckers, and a treble boost switch. It also saw the return to Bigsby vibratos after using Burns units since 1961. The Duo Jet was discontinued in 1971 after an 18 year run, but has been reissued numerous times in specifications from a variety of points in the original guitar's lifetime.

The Duo Jet was produced alongside the Jet Firebird and features identical specifications aside from color.
