In excellent condition with minimal wear, this guitar delivers the rich, warm, and articulate tone that defined Herb Ellis’s sound.Serial number 02823706: consistent with a model made on the 282nd day of 2003 in Memphis, TN.The body is a maple body (hollow !) with a single cutaway. Hardware: tune-o-matic bridge, gold hardware, trapeze tailpiece, rosewood fingerboard with parallelogram fingerboard position markers on a mahogany neck, 20 fret. Body has beautiful light sunburst finish. Volume control on the raised pickguard.Comes in OHSC, aligator skin.
