1952 Wabash by Kay Jumbo Jazzbox

For your consideration is this unbelievably stunning '52 Kay-made Wabash Jazzbox. Wabash was the brand name used by David Wexler music for instruments built by a variety of makers. This particular gem was made by Kay, but the particular appointments are not found on any Kay-branded model, but are unique to the Wabash brand.
This vintage piece of art is sporting the following features:
  • 17" Jumbo Body
  • Spruce Top
  • Highly-Figured, Flame Maple Back & Sides
  • Maple Neck
  • Brazilian Rosewood Fingerboard
  • Art-Deco-Design, "Whale-Tail" Bridge
  • Deep, High-Gloss Rosewood-to-Amber Burst
  • Jumbo, Steel Frets
  • Fully-Bound Top, Back, and Sides
  • Pearloid, Diamond Fret Markers
  • Celluloid, Brown Tortoiseshell Pickguard
  • Ornate Tortoiseshell Headstock Overlay With Wabash Logo and Music Note Insignia
This lovely piece of Americana by Kay is fresh out of the shop with a neck reset for perfect playability, a full refret with jumbo steel frets, a professional setup by Funky Junk Guitars, and new 12-54 gauge strings by D'addario.
The deep, boomy lows and sharp, cutting midrange of this lovely instrument leave nothing to be desired, and the low action and fantastic playability makes her hard to put down!
Brand new, hardshell case included! Don't miss out on this one!
