I listed this guitar for sale on May 13th, 2016, but since I didn't have an amplifier at home, I plugged it into a JOYSOUND karaoke machine to test the sound. However, the rear pickup wasn't producing any sound, so I withdrew the listing and had it repaired on May 23rd, 2016.

It has a G serial number (G206224), meaning it's equipped with original Gibson pickups from that era.

Based on the serial number, I believe it was manufactured around 1992.

The back of the front pickup has the engraving "PAT NO 2,737,842," making it a so-called stamped numbered PAF. This engraving confirms it's a Gibson.

However, while it didn't have a pickup guard when I bought it, upon checking the engraving on the back of the pickup, I found traces suggesting a pickup guard had been removed. It might have originally had one. I purchased this guitar 31 years ago (around 1995) at Ikebe Musical Instruments in Shibuya when I was a high school student. The pickups are also the original ones from when I bought it. This is the condition in which I purchased it.

Although it had no prior repair history, the rear pickup wasn't producing sound when I decided to list it for sale, so I had it repaired and adjusted until it was working properly.

The neck was adjusted at a repair shop on May 23, 2008.

Shipping

Worldwide shipping from Tokyo. For goods with hard cases we usually pack hard case and contents by cushioning material (usually bubble wrap). There has never been a problem with that shipping method so far. However, if you want a hard case to be included in cardboard, I can ship by that method if you pay additional $10. This applies only to products that originally have hard case.

Items are generally shipped on Mondays and Fridays. For safety reasons, items that can be removed from the body and neck will be shipped with the body and neck removed.

We usually ship with a tracking number.

*We can not use EMS(Japan Post) service for some countries in Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgystan, Tajikistan etc.) If your shipping address is in these areas, please contact us before bidding.
