Nice  and now discontinued Epiphone Chet Atkins Acoustic Electric - some call them SST or CEC - not sure which this is.....but i use it in reherasals and it's really a great guitar

has Volume and Tone control - i run it into an acoustic amp and it sounds very good

This is the model with "sound hole" (other versions don't have this)

Sunburst is very attractive - a lot of definition - looks like maple

back and neck appear to be mahogany

Comes with Original Hard case

Condition-wise - i'd place this in the 8.5/10 range
Finish is really nice - not a lot of dings to speak of - what holds it back from a perfect guitar is:  has some fret wear, divots present, but no buzzing - i decided to leave it alone for now - doesn't bother me.  Also some finish cracks on neck/body joint - nothing structural - but wanted to make note of it. Some typical fading on gold hardware - 1 bridge pin is incorrect (but functions)

Has new D'Addario Earth acoustic strings (.10 gauge)

truss works great (in sound hole edge lip)

truth is i like these enough to have more than 1! I am selling all but 1 (to keep for myself) - i like em all - so what ever one is left - i'll keep
