This is the original (ceramic) stock pickup and 3-band EQ preamp from my 1998 Ernie Ball Musicman Stingray 4 Bass.
I replaced the whole thing with a clone 2-band EQ preamp and alnico pickup.
Here's what's included:
-1 x Ernie Ball Ceramic Pickup (no springs but foam is better tbh)
-3 x pickup mounting screws
-1 x preamp with 3-band EQ (not an IC in sight)
-4 x original knobs with locking washers and nuts (no normal washers)
-1 x output jack (better replaced tbh)
NO CONTROL PLATE- I still need mine. Hopefully you’ll have the battery compartment and bridge ground wires poking through into the cavity of your bass!
Five wires were de-soldered on the PCB, on the left hand side you have your pickup (ground then hot when looking at the preamp in position) and then on the right you have your output jack and battery (can't remember which is which...). The bridge ground wire was soldered to the sleeve terminal of the output jack.
