A compact DAW and MIDI controller from Behringer, the X-Touch Compact was designed as a more flexible take on the larger X-Touch control surface. Motorised faders, rotary encoders and transport controls make it useful for hands-on mixing and automation, while the switchable MCU and MIDI modes let it move between DAW control and more custom setups pretty easily.
It works well with Logic, Ableton, Cubase and X-Air systems, and the compact footprint makes it easy to slot into smaller studio setups without losing too much control surface functionality. Can also run as an extender beside a larger X-Touch if needed.
