The Furch Vintage 2 is a guitar that blends classic charm with modern craftsmanship. Its Vintage Hand-Brushed Finishis hand-polished to create a subtle, warm sheen reminiscent of a well-preserved vintage instrument. This unique finish uses the same technology as Furch’s patented Full-Pore High-Gloss Finish, offering the durability and protection of a UV coating, but with a more traditional look and feel.
The guitar is rich in detail, featuring a herringbone rosette, ivoroid binding, and a warm sunburst – all elements that give it a timeless appearance while maintaining modern playability and build quality.
Like all models in the Vintage Series, the Vintage 2 is built entirely from solid wood. It pairs a Sitka spruce top with Indian rosewood back and sides – a time-tested tonewood combination that delivers a full, balanced sound with clear articulation and beautiful resonance.
