This is a super rare Theo Wanne mouthpiece! It was made by Theo in the USA for a company in Japan called Jazzworks, designed to be like a Guardala Brecker model. I spoke to Theo about this piece and he estimates only 20 or so of these were ever made, and all of them were sent to Japan. Plays like a great MB1 with an excellent facing and a bit more body to the sound. Marked an 8 but I believe it measures a bit between 7* and 8. I would keep it but am playing another TW piece that is slightly darker. Will be hard to find another of these!
